Mountain Sky, Inc. is seeking skilled and motivated candidates to join our Service & Warranty team! Service Technicians are responsible for the functional completion of service work orders, irrigation activations, backflow tests, and irrigation winterizations in a timely manner.
DUTIES:
Service Operations
• Responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and water features.
• Responsible for completion of irrigation activations, winterizations, and backflow testing.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of irrigation materials.
• Assist in the training of new crew members.
• Assist with planting various shrubs, flowers, and trees.
• Perform site preparation such as digging, trenching, and clean-up.
• Complete on-the-job training as specified by Service & Warranty Manager.
• Serve as a point of contact for client correspondence and communication.
• Complete all work orders in a timely manner, as assigned by Service & Warranty Manager.
• Proficiently utilize company software for the completion of work orders and recording job-related notes.
• Assist in routine equipment maintenance and organization, including vehicles, tools, and machinery.
• Participate in snow removal services during winter months (i.e. manual snow shoveling).
• Available to be flexible and perform duties as needed between multiple departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years experience in irrigation installation & service.
• Willing to participate in a drug-free work environment.
• Valid Oregon driver license with a clean driving record.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasonal temperatures and conditions, including exposure to extreme weather.
• Proficient in use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work during all operating hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• Backflow Assembly Tester Certified or willing to complete certification if required.
