Cleaning By Kibbons is seeking a dependable, hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We provide a variety of cleaning services throughout Central Oregon, including short-term rental turnovers, post-construction cleaning, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleans, and move-out services.
Requirements
* Weekend availability is required
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
* Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently
* Dependable and punctual
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Personable and comfortable interacting with clients in their homes
* Able to follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
* Physically capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks, lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
* Must pass a background check
* Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
Responsibilities
* Complete residential, commercial, post-construction, move-out, and deep cleaning services
* Perform Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers to company standards
* Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures
* Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail
* Communicate professionally with clients and team members
* Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained and organized
