My goal is to set people up for success. I want my clients to gain independence and confidence after a few sessions and create long term relationships with themselves and health.
THINGS TO NOTE:
⋆˚ʚɞ must have ability to obtain a gym membership if goals are strength and resistance training.
⋆˚ʚɞ my availability is most days after 5PM and weekends.
⋆˚ʚɞ must have medical clearance from a doctor or PCP to workout (if injury and chronic illness is present)
⋆˚ʚɞ My specialty is in women’s health and weight loss/ weight management
⋆˚ʚɞ APPOINTMENTS DO NOT NEED TO BE BACK TO BACK. Though for effectiveness and as through as we can be, I recommend 2-3 sessions every week.
