Tired of squishing the juice out of tomatos? Give me a word with your blades and I promise they will do better.
Choose from the expertly fine edged, hair splitting, god mode, baddie shaving sharpness for those high quality blades that need unique attention and ironsmith knowledge to truly bring out the very best in a blade. Or for the drawer full of unknown brands bumping together, I offer my penny pinching, budget friendly, cost efficient economical services for the frugal at heart, where the volume of knives is the main flavor.
Prices listed are rough estimates for regularly maintained blades. If they need reprofiled due to neglect, their will be a separate fee:
Premium sharpening of steels will be honed by hand using diamond stones and the edge will be polished until the blade passes the hair splitting test. Unless it's a cleaver or has another unique purpose, then it will be sharpened based on its destined job.
-$5 per inch
High volume sharpening will be ran through a belt machine (not available for premium steel)
And then hand finished until it passes the tomato test.
-$1.50 per inch
Serrated knives are priced based on number of teeth and size of serration. But typically-$5 per inch.
If you want your unknown quality knife to split a hair we can do that too for fun.
if you only have one knife that you want sharpened I can do that. Their is a minimum charge of $50 (Bend price)but I will come for one or two knives.
If you want me to teach you how to sharpen like i do (cuz it's fun) I can for $80. Groups get discounts per person.

Example: A kitchen block of 14 knives(58 inches) from Walmart, I would recommend high volume sharpening and would cost around $90 to sharpen.
