We also notice building maintenance issues while we clean and are able to repair those issues without a minimum charge. This allows us to offer handyman services at a fraction of what it would cost to hire a plumber, painter or electrician to come out to your home or office.

On your first cleaning, you will receive a full report of building maintenance issues, free of charge. We then stay in communication to tailor your cleanings exactly how you need them to be.
