Red on red frosted glass effect with silvery frost on the interior to give an overall shimmery effect. 8 silvery snowflakes are suspended like ornaments from the rim of the candle holder. The metallic snowflakes are accented with large rhinestones (as mentioned above, 1 rhinestone missing). The red color is much prettier than depicted in interior photos, but I needed to take pictures in a darker space to show how they illuminate.
