Selling for a friend, inherited item from a family member that traveled internationally. Information provided it is hand carved wood, from Egypt, with onyx inlay. Age not known. Overall condition is good, up close there are small nicks but from a distance hung on a wall it is very striking piece of art.
At one time searched google for item and found something similar with a price in the $600's. Lost that photo reference and at this time can't find anything similar to include in photos as reference.
