Seeking RV parking with hookups for tiny home (Bend)

I am looking to relocate to Central Oregon by September 1st. and would like to find a property that can have me, a middle aged female and my 9 year old Catahoula mix. We are quiet. I'm a writer. I live like a monk. I need a stable place with long term 2+ years availability. I'm also able to help out with light chores. I've been living in my tiny home for a year on a ranch in Nevada but I prefer Oregon as I've lived there for most of my life. Budget is $800-$1000.00.
