60 year old male seeking 1 or 2 bedroom cottage type living situation in a nice neighborhood or rural property.

Open to a ADU, Tiny House, Manufactured Home (newer model), and or Townhouse living (not open to apartments, trailers, or renting a room with others).

It can be furnish or not, but must include washer and dryer AND a garage.

An outdoor patio area for a BBQ grill would be an added bonus!

I'm flexible and can move in anytime in the next few months. I am employed, a non smoker, have no pets, and drama free.
