Seeking: Studio or 1 Br apartment in the Bend or Redmond area. Onsite laundry and parking of any variety would be ideal. Looking for something in the under $1300 range, but open to paying more for the right fit. Open to a 6-12 m lease starting in late Nov or early Dec. Something like an ADU or tiny house would be excellent.
About Me: I am a 39 F medical professional with excellent credit and proof of income. No pets or children, and relocating to Bend solo for work. I am generally clean, quiet, and rarely home during the day. References available upon request.
