APPS NW is the largest provider of Paramedical Exams for clients applying for Life or Disability Insurance products. We are looking for experienced medical professionals to help us complete these exams in their local communities in a timely, professional manner as an Independent Contractor with flexible part-time/full-time hours.

Job Summary:
• Our opportunity is for self-motivated, detail oriented and organized candidates to work with minimal supervision as they complete quality exams while using their medical expertise.
• Exams are done on a mobile basis at the home or at the clients/agent’s office and may involve blood draws, medical histories, vital signs, saliva/urine samples and 12 lead EKGs.
• Our ideal candidate must be committed to following all compliance and safety policies while remaining sensitive to the accuracy and confidentiality in gathering client information. We have a reputation for completing high quality work and taking care of the people who choose to work with us.

Hours: Set your own schedule and hours! We offer exams 7 days a week throughout the year. Many of our contractors have part-time jobs and include APPS as an opportunity for additional income each month. You have the option to schedule your own exams or have our scheduling team set appointments for you. Depending on the exam requirements, an exam can last from 15 minutes to 1 hour.

Reimbursement: You are reimbursed every two weeks by direct deposit for each exam you complete.

Territory: Set your own territory by choosing the zip codes you will work within!

Orientation/Onboarding: We provide onboarding in-office, Zoom and Teams as well as Field Days with one of our experienced Examiners. Depending on your current availability, this time frame can be a few days and up to 2 weeks.

Equipment: As Independent Contractors, this opportunity is home-based and requires an office set-up to process exams. Kits are provided with all supplies needed to complete exams, equipment options available for rent/purchase.

Qualifications: Phlebotomy experience with 200+ vacutainer draws outside of school as well as experience taking manual BP/vital signs. Familiarity with tablets/computers and EKG preferred, but not required. Please expect references contacted as well as a Background Check completed.
