We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding patient care. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment alongside experienced dental professionals.
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program and current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a dental hygienist in a dental practice setting preferred but willing to hire someone with less if they are the right fit.
• Proficiency in performing dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and fluoride treatments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and pathology, with the ability to accurately assess oral health conditions and provide patient education.
• Proficient in using dental software programs for charting, scheduling, and electronic record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
• CPR certification and proficiency in dental X-ray techniques preferred.
