Your next step up mare for 4H or Trail partner?! Josie is a 16 year old grade mare standing at 15.2 hands. Super gentle & ready to go in any direction. As she is more woah then go she needs a job & her owner wants something she can let sit for a while. She is to nice to go to waste. She’s a piggy for food & puts on weight easy. Very friendly personality.. Top mare in herd. Can be a little slow in the arena but very forward on the trails. Crosses water, bridges, great in the trailer, cross ties, can take a moment to load alone. Very aware of her surroundings. Stands tied, a dream to haul & currently shod. Been with cows & hauled everywhere. Good around dogs & traffic.. Suitable for any level of rider who knows how to hold the reins. Wouldn’t take much to get her to the beach or to go camping! You point where & she will go, no funny business. Been used as a trail horse with her owner. dragged around for pony rides a will ride out in just a Hackamore. PPE are welcomed.
