My son needs a new rodeo horse so I'm offering up some of my projects to get him a new mount. I haven't taped any of them but can tape, video, and send more pictures for serious buyers. I'm opened to offers but not interested in entertaining tire kickers. They are all registered or pending registration. I would also be opened to trading/trading plus cash on my end for a new rodeo horse for him if someone was interested or if you have a junior rodeo horse or a gentle broke horse that we could make into a junior rodeo horse please send them my way even if you're not interested in trading. Thank you!

1. Floyd - 14 years old • Poa • Gelding • 12.3 HH • Sound • He has "temp" papers through poa. I have no idea what that means but he's a gelding and it's got his info on them so.🤷🏻‍♀️ Gentle, nothing dangerous, but can be hot when fresh. Would do best in a home that used him frequently. Hes gentle enough for a beginner but does best with a rider who isn't timid. If he thinks he can get away with something, he will try. He's done EVERYTHING. All rodeo/playday events including some roping. Packed off of, Some jumping. Showing, and pulls a cart. Rides English, western, bareback, double, etc... we've owned him for 6-ish years. He can run when asked. Floyd will go whatever speed you ask him to though. He passed a vet check 6 months ago but the buyers backed out of the sale and then I took him down for the winter. You're more than welcome to vet check him again at your expense. The ONLY reason he is for sale is because my son who was using him has out grown him. $6,000 obo

2. Snappy - 8 year old 14.3 HH Appaloosa stud horse. Gentle gentle gentle and easy to breed. Can be hand bred or pasture bred. Is ranch broke to ride but I've only rode him a handful of times since owning him. I love him but life has changed and I'm getting out of breeding for now. $9,000 obo

3. French fry - palomino 3 year old stud (soon to be gelded) Colt stands aprox 14.2 HH. He had about 20 rides last summer and then was kicked out to pasture to grow over winter. I brought him back in and taught him some tricks (lays down, picks you up off the fence, picks up stuff when you drop it, silly stuff like that) but then it kept snowing off and on so I just gave up on being consistent with working him back into riding. He is gentle has never bucked or ever even thought about it. Was riding good when I turned him out. all it'd take is a little time and consistency to get him back on track. I will go back to riding him now that the weather seems to have cleared off. Not spooky and will tolerate just about anything you throw his way. $10,000 FIRM.

4. Cricket - grey 3 year old stud Colt stands about 15.0 HH. This colts had the same stuff done as French Fry. The only exception is he can be a little more watchy/snorty and is just a hotter horse by nature (bred to run). He will buck in the round pen when he's fresh but he's never bucked under saddle he will grab his ass from time to time. $15,000 FIRM.

5. Captain - cremello yearling filly does everything a good one should. Easy to catch leads loads unloads bathes stands tied good with feet has worn a saddle etc... has been around kids tarps every type of small animal four wheelers etc... nothing phases her she is gentle gentle. Will mature to at least 15 hh but wouldn't be surprised if she ends up being closer to 15.3. $4,000 obo

6. Legs - grey yearling filly. Does all the same stuff as Captain and is easy to be around. But she's not quite as laid back. Not snorty or spooky by any means just has a little more yee to her haw. $5,500 obo

7. Posting these three colts all together - Rooster (sorrel), Tater Tot - (bay), Geronimo - (palomino) all three are 2024 stud colts out of Snappy and my QH mares. They will be halter broke, lead, load, pick up feet, and should have papers in hand by weaning. $2,000 to hold them with $3,000 due at pick up (September). Geronimo and Tater Tot were born April 15th Rooster was born April 26th. I will also have 2 more by Snappy due in the next month - one will come out of a special effort mare and the other will come out of a Playgun mare. Geronimo is an orphan foal and I will be especially picky and protective on who he goes to as my kids have gotten very attached.
