I offer a custom log milling service for clients who need more than basic straight cuts. I use a one-of-a-kind, custom-built band saw mill designed specifically for specialty milling, allowing me to cut tapered beams, geometric shapes, and large slabs with precision.
This is a stationary setup at my site, fully leveled, under cover, and equipped with dust collection for clean, accurate work. Clients bring their logs to me, and I work directly with them to achieve the exact cuts they need.
What I can cut: • Tapered beams with different start and end dimensions • Square, hex, octagon, triangle, and other geometric timber shapes • Large live-edge and flat slabs • Precision indexed and repeatable cuts • Vertical or horizontal slab cutting • All wood species
