Well started tiny home, the base is a hickory shed barn playhouse. The lofts up top have been extended and connected, one side being able to hold a queen size mattress. Has a never used shower(just needs water and water heater). The roof, walls, and floor have been insulated. Does not take much to heat or cool. Walls have been drywalled and painted. Floors have a laminate wood flooring on top of 2 inch insulation board. Can come with some copper pipe for plumbing, also a fancy compost toilet at additional cost. Delivery can be easily arranged. Price is firm but negotiable as you can see base models are 8400. Come take a look!
