Going to be processing a couple lambs through a USDA inspected facility. Looking to sell half or whole lamb 50-100lbs at $8/lb equal portions of all available cuts will be given.
Specialty items like sausage would be an add-on cost (processor to determine this).
Deposit would be 50% and the rest due when the order is ready.
