Recently, Caldera HS Construction Students (Bend, OR) built an 8x8 shed in a carpentry competition. The students won the "Craftsmanship" award, but due to time limitations, the 30" x 36" window was not installed. There is also some wind damage to the roofing shingles due to transport from the valley.
We would like to get rid of this before the end of the school year, so if you can move the shed yourself, I am willing to entertain a very reasonable offer. The subfloor is 2x6 construction with 3/4" subfloor on 4x6 PT skids. The walls are 2x4 construction 16"OC with T1-11 Siding. The roof is 2x6 roof trusses with 1/2" roof sheets and architectural shingles. ( I can give you a bundle of shingles too) The door is steel primed. All hardware, fasteners and hurricane straps used correct fasteners and fastener schedule.
