It's that time of year again! We have beef! We have 2 butcher dates under our belt and 7 more to go. We have some delicious grass finished ready for your freezer and we have grain finished and grass finished that will be available for our May butcher date. PLUS we have grass finished or grain finished burger available. Let us know what you need and we'll get it done!

$5/lb hanging weight plus processing (vacuum sealed, USDA, $1.30/lb hanging weight plus share of $150 kill fee).

Ground beef is $7/lb with a 10 lb minimum. Meet up in Roseburg or Winston.

Or reserve your beef and butcher dates for later. We have dates at Crystal Creek in Roseburg through November for 90 days grain finished beef and limited number of grass finished beef. Your deposit will reserve your 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef for your preferred date. $200 deposit for 1/4, $400 for deposit on half or $800 deposit for a whole beef.

We work with folks all over the state, southern WA and northern CA. We also have Alaska Air Cargo for other locations.
