We have 4 acres of fully fenced, partially cross fenced and irrigated pasture for rent for sheep, goats , llamas or alpacas[no horses or cows due to the 6" main line and 3" hand lines being above ground] starting 01 June till 01 October 2026 or sooner if irrigation water is cut off due to the lack of snow this year. Water is available on the property, both ditch and Avion. We live here and are experienced with animals and will keep an eye on your animals and do all the irrigation work.

The property has been maintained according to organic farming practices (no spraying pesticides or herbicides and no fertilizers) for over 30 years, but due to the ridiculously high cost not organic certified. We have a lot of good, practically weed free grass [courtesy of 11 years of hand pulling!] as the property is well irrigated, in the past we had sheep and goats ourselves, so from experience we know the pasture will carry 30 Sheep or 20 goats with ease.

Rent will be due the first of the month. No deposit needed.
