Pretty decent condition. One cushion shows some age. Otherwise it is great. No tears. No stains. Navy blue leather set by Ashley Furniture. Available evenings and weekends. Several other items. Drafting table. Interesting leather top hand made side table. Native American? Nice brown upholstered bench. We also have a free couch and matching chair. Useable but leather has sun damage and some cat scratching damage. Come see what we have and make an offer. I want it all gone asap
