It's in like new condition because it has been in a room that is used very little - and away from light. Length 76"; seat 29" or-33" with back cushion in place, deep; the seat is 17" high; and it's a low back couch (very popular in the 50's) that is 26" high. Low back that has a slight curve, not squared arms etc - very sophisticated for the time period.
I bought it from a retired woman in the 1990's, who bought it new in 1954 new - so it is definitely mid-century. The original upholstery was very Japanese looking - which was very popular in the 1950's too. New material is stunning. The pic's don't do it justice - and the green color is a little grey looking because of the overall light in the pic's but it is forest green.
Also have a grey power recliner - new $200.00. It doesn't quite work for me as my head hits in the wrong place, I'm 5' 4" - better for someone taller.
