This is a 5-piece matching set - Note: upholstery on sofa/couch (3 cushions) shows wear and tear - on sofa arms & on the ottoman. The 2 loveseats are in good condition - see pics.

Sofa / couch - (3 cushions) - 86 inches long x 31 inches tall (at the backside) x 37 inches deep (at widest points)
Reg. loveseat - (2 cushions) - 65 inches long x 31 inches tall (at the backside) x 37 inches deep (at widest points)
Small loveseat - (1 cushion) - 50 inches long x wide x 31 inches tall (at the backside) x 37 inches deep (at widest points)
ottoman / footstool - 44 inches long x 25 inches wide x 16 inches tall
painting (matching) - 40 inches wide x 50 inches length

The set is in pretty-good shape structurally, but needs some help for the upholstery on couch & ottoman.
