Unique lot of approximately 50 vintage mink fur pelt pieces in rich natural brown tones, originally from England/Jersey from an A. De Gruchy & Co. Ltd.
These pieces vary in size and shape, with many showing beautiful color variation, soft texture, and classic vintage character. Excellent material for someone who works with vintage textiles, costume design, restoration, sewing, display, mixed-media art, or repurposing older fur into something useful and beautiful again.
The fur has a lovely sheen and warmth, with that old-world quality you just don’t see much anymore. Some pieces are larger, some smaller, and there are natural backing/seam areas as expected with vintage fur pieces.
