New, but box opened. All pieces and instructions accounted for. Bought as "Open Box" online from Best Buy, but it was advertised as a regular flat screen wallmount. Opened after a few weeks and found it was for QLED flat/curved only. Obviously, it did not work for my Samsung 4K UHD LED LCD flat screen once issue realized and it was too late to return.
