If you move in you would be sharing a bathroom with a 35-year-old male who is a cook, and his girlfriend who just moved from California. We are pretty low-key key so no loud parties please. I smoke weed inside the house and own a dog so no more pets. $750.00 a month pays for your room and water/sewer. No more than 2 people living in a bedroom. If you're sharing a bedroom the cost for each of you is $500.00 dollars a month. One thousand total for the 2 of you. Then we split the internet(20 bucks each), electricity, and trash bills. Also i will post pics of your room once the current tenant moves out. But you get a jist of the house space with the pictures given. Your room also comes with a big screen tv mounted on the wall and with Netflix and apps.
