$35,000 pays for the tiny house only. If you live in Central Oregon I can have it moved after deal is completed or I will knock $5000 off the price if you move it. It also comes with a front porch.
Will take payments at 0% interest with $10,000 cash down and $1000 a month for 25 months.

The tiny home currently sits on 1.1 acres in LaPine on a paved road. If you are interested in buying the property along with the tiny home I will make you a smoking deal. The property has a one bedroom house along with the tiny home. There is sceptic and electrical. It has a full RV hookup with 50 amp hookup but no water. The well dried up 2 years ago and was quoted approximately $10k to have a new well dug at that time. There are two 275 gallon water tanks on the property to service Tiny home and RV.
There is a lot of potential for passive income with this property. All living areas are private so you could live in one of the houses and you could rent or air b&b the other along with the RV spot.
There is a big L shaped deck on the tiny house with two small ponds with waterfalls just off the deck. There is a covered queen size swinging bed just off the deck also. No owner financing on the property, it would have to be cash. If you want both I will sell the property as is for $115k cash and will reduce the price of the tiny home to $25k and will still offer owner financing on it with enough money down. The property and other home need some work but is still live able. If the tiny house sells and you want the property I will sell it for $125k.
