New prefab bathroom with vanity, mirror, swingout window, toilet, shower has handheld wand style, fan and lights. the door locks and comes with key. water, waste and electrical connections. it needs to be hooked up to your system and does not have tanks.

This is a solid, well built unit, doesn't actually weigh that much which made transport pretty straight forward.

I wanted to put a compost toilet in it and remove the regular toilet. Plans have since changed to use this bathroom and Im going a different direction

Good for yurt / tiny home / shop etc...
