I use a competition build pcp pellet shooter at 12ft lbs of energy with a 10.34 grain pellet at 750 fps designed to expand and dump its energy rather than pass through keeping metal roofs safe and danger low. This setup is exactly the right amount of power and accuracy with no more for any added danger or liability.
