Sisters Bakery is hiring a FOH Closing Manager. This is a leadership, full time position - will include weekends. Shifts will be 9-10am to Close (typically out around 6pm.) Two consecutive days off a week.

Managing a team of fellow Front of House employees.
Ensuring that closing procedures are followed through completely.
Counting and recording the safe/till when necessary.
Communicating with Bread & BOH Bakers on special orders and stock.
Responsible, mature, and level headed during rushes/moments of decision.
Work alongside Opening Manager, GM, and Owners daily.
Ensuring excellent customer service by taking customers orders as they walk in the bakery, restocking front product, money/register handling, espresso making, answering phone and taking orders, cleaning, and other duties.
Must have superb customer service skills, and be a friendly person. Strong management/leadership skills and cash handling preferred.
