Position Overview:
The Sous Chef works directly alongside the Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, develop seasonal menu offerings, maintain quality standards, and inspire the culinary team. This role is both creative and operational, ideal for a chef ready to lead from the line while contributing to menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal features
Lead and mentor kitchen staff during prep and service
Maintain consistency in execution, presentation, and flavor
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Manage scheduling and support a positive, professional kitchen culture
