WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Lead guests through a polished dining experience from greeting to farewell
-Speak confidently about food, wine, and pairings
-Execute accurate order taking and clean table management
-Maintain pacing and awareness across multiple tables
-Anticipate guest needs before they ask
-Resolve issues calmly and professionally
-Keep your station organized and service-ready
-Complete side work to standard and support the team
WHAT WE REQUIRE
-5+ years in fine dining or elevated casual with full service standards
-Working wine knowledge. Varietals, regions, pairings
-Strong menu articulation and upselling ability
-Excellent communication
-High attention to detail under pressure
-Team mindset with personal accountability
-Professional appearance and punctuality
