Top priority is weekend and evening shifts making granola, but we are hiring for all shifts - full-time with reliable and consistent schedule. We're also looking to add graveyard shifts! Shift differential and production bonuses make potential compensation $14/hour.
Red Plate Foods is a constantly growing startup and we are looking to add employees for all shifts. If you love working with others – we have a great team that works in the bakery. If you prefer working on your own, getting lost in your favorite podcast, we could use you on granola. We do a six-hour paid working interview to give you an idea of what we have to offer, and give our team a chance to get to know you as well.

No kitchen experience necessary -- we are willing to train the right person!

Accurately follow detailed recipe and operations instructions.
Able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive movements.
**Able to lift 50+ lb. repeatedly.**
Starting pay is 11.50/hour with review and pay adjustment to 12.00/hour after 90 days.
