Prep Cook & Counter Service – Sebastian’s Seafood & Specialty Market Sebastian’s Seafood and Specialty Market is a premier seafood market and café at The Grove in NW Crossing. We are looking for a versatile Part-Time Prep Cook to support both our kitchen and guest experience.
Pay & Perks Compensation: Starting at $18.50/hr + tips (average $6–$8/hr additional). Benefits: Free meal (6+ hour shifts) and generous employee discounts. Growth: Part-time now, with potential for full-time as we hit the summer season.
The Role This position focuses on morning prep and lunch service, blending culinary execution with friendly customer interaction. Back of House: Prepare sauces and soups, handle plating, and maintain a stocked, organized line. Front of House: Assist with order taking, cashier duties, and providing excellent service to our café guests. Teamwork: Support the lunch line during rushes and contribute to a clean, efficient kitchen.
Requirements
Experience: 1 year of food prep or cooking in a restaraunt setting
Availability for morning shifts (early as 6am start) Ability to multitask between food prep and customer service. A positive, "team-first" attitude.
