Bar RBC, a Spanish-influenced tapas restaurant in Bend, OR, is seeking a reliable and experienced Prep Cook to join our team. We are a semi-casual/fine dining establishment with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and hospitality.
Position Details:
Morning shift starting around 7:00 AM
Approximately 4 days per week
Consistent schedule with a supportive team environment
Responsibilities:
Daily food preparation and ingredient setup
Receiving deliveries and properly storing products
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Supporting the kitchen team with prep and operational needs
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of culinary experience
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Strong organizational and cleanliness standards
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable navigating stairs regularly
Valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit (required)
