Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to chef’s standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
Qualifications:
• Previous kitchen experience preferred (line cook or prep cook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
