I am looking for a one of a kind, extremely hard worker, great with customer service and a true passion for serving every plate perfectly, no exceptions. Must be completely independent, able to work under extreme pressure, constantly striving to reduce ticket times while increasing quality. Develop new, innovative specials that captures the appetites of Bend locals and tourists alike.
In exchange for this, you'll get to work independently, utilize the highest quality of food, serve food that truly nourishes people and be absolutely proud of everything that leaves your hands.
You will be serving the best fish and chips in the pacific northwest, seared yellow fin tuna, steak, ribs, grilled shrimp, fresh ceviche, steak and fish sandwiches, and house smoked chili.
Expected compensation when including tips is $27/hr or more. But this is highly variable.
I will make sure your workplace is as comfortable as possible and you have the tools required to be successful.
Possible vesting for the right person after 1 year.
If you have line cook experience, I can train you, but passion is a must.
