This is a fast, physical role. You'll be moving constantly, making quick decisions about what needs to happen next, and executing at a level that makes the whole floor work. If you can't keep up or don't find satisfaction in that kind of work, this isn't the right fit.
What You'll Do:
-Support your server team through all stages of service
-Execute bread service and assist with food running
-Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, and maintain a flawless dining room
-Read the floor and act on what needs to happen before you're asked

-Previous restaurant experience required
-High energy, physically capable, and composed when it gets hard
-Instinctive prioritization - you see the whole room, not just your task
-Dependable and team-first, every shift
