Bos Taurus is a steakhouse in the heart of downtown Bend — intimate, unhurried, and built around exceptional food and wine. The menu is modern American anchored in outstanding ingredients. The wine program runs deep. Every table, every seat, every shift matters.
We're looking for an AGM ready to take real ownership of the floor, grow within a serious wine program, and build toward running a fine dining operation. If your goal is a career in hospitality leadership, this is the opportunity.
THE ROLE
You'll run the floor during service and lead the front-of-house team. Preferred availability Saturday through Tuesday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead FOH operations — servers, hosts, bartenders
- Uphold and develop service standards consistent with fine dining expectations
- Train staff in hospitality, wine knowledge, and guest engagement
- Collaborate with the GM on wine and cocktail program direction and staff education
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ownership
- Coordinate with the kitchen for seamless, efficient service
- Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and operational compliance
YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:
- Have 2+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining
- Are genuinely curious about wine and eager to deepen your knowledge in a serious program
- Lead with warmth and hold a high standard without apology
- Want a career in hospitality leadership — not just a better-paying shift
- CMS certification or formal wine training is a plus, not a requirement

- $30–$40/hour depending on experience
