Requirements:
- Must have previous Server experience in restaurants
- Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
- Great problem solving and decision making skills
- Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
- Hands on experience with cashiering
- Familiar with POS systems
- Better than average communication skills
- Current Health department and liquor licenses and or card
- Be in good physical condition
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Must have previous leadership experience in restaurants.
- Must have a positive, team first attitude.
- Must be efficient with assigned tasks.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with quickly changing situations with many variables.
- Ability to mathematically compute proper change, accurately perform checkouts for employees, cash handling procedures followed and compute correct bank deposits.
- Must understand P&L’s, budgeting, and cost control.
- Must be an effective communicator..
- Must successfully attend and complete all required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.
- Experience with Resy, Toast and 7-Shift a plus.
Requirements:
- Must have previous Bartender experience in restaurantsbr>
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Good physical condition
- Ability to keep bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant licenses and permits
- Comply with all of Noi Thai’s standards and procedures

Cashier/Cook
Compensation:
• $16/hour plus tips
Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing food (grill, fry, prep)
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Cleaning and restocking supplies
- Assisting with setup and closing of the truck
Qualifications:
- Kitchen or food truck experience preferred
- Able to lift 20+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Job Duties:
- Prepares and cooks food using Thai culinary expertise.
- Collaborates with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, considering seasonal availability of ingredients and the expected number of customers.
- Determines how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays.
- Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
- Checks the quantity and quality of received products.
- Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Trains less skilled kitchen staff in Thai culinary arts.
- Determines production schedules and staff requirements to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Follows standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices.
- Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety.
