Bartender
Position Summary
The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, knowledgeable service while preparing high-quality beverages. This position maintains a clean, organized bar, follows all alcohol service laws, and helps create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brewery’s culture.
Responsibilities
Greet every guest with a positive, welcoming attitude.
Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of craft beer, seasonal offerings, cocktails, spirits, and food pairings.
Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws.
Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coolers, and service areas.
Stock and replenish liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
Assist servers with beverage service during peak business periods.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Work as part of the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Valid alcohol service certification (as required by state law).
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
Server
Position Summary
The Server provides outstanding hospitality by creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service, menu knowledge, and genuine guest interactions. Servers are responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism throughout every guest visit.
Responsibilities
Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Guide guests through the food and beverage menu with recommendations and upselling opportunities.
Accurately take food and beverage orders.
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns quickly.
Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas.
Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
Banquet Bartender
Position Summary
The Banquet Bartender delivers exceptional beverage service during private events, weddings, corporate functions, and catered gatherings. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and flexibility while ensuring every event reflects the brewery’s hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
Set up and break down banquet bars according to event specifications.
Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each event.
Verify IDs and follow all responsible alcohol service regulations.
Work closely with banquet captains, event coordinators, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless event execution.
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs before and during events.
Deliver friendly, professional service to guests while maintaining efficiency during high-volume functions.
Complete post-event cleaning and inventory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience required.
Banquet or event experience preferred.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
