Help get the word out about the Bend Handmade Market! (Downtown Bend)

We are looking for some help this year in getting the word out about our upcoming Bend Handmade Market!
This show takes place on Saturday, June 6th, and in the weeks leading up to the show (beginning within the next two weeks), we want to plaster the city with our event posters to really help get the word out. Here's how it will work:
We will be paying $4/poster, which will entail:
* Identifying businesses in the area that would have good poster visibility (i.e. do they have a community bulletin board, or other posters in their window?), or other public spaces where posters would be appropriate (street poles, public walls, etc.)
* Giving the poster to a staff member at the establishment who has agreed to hang the poster, or putting it up yourself using tape/pushpins (we will provide)
* Updating a communal Google Sheet with the postered location
* Snapping a photo of the poster (or front of establishment, if a staff member has said they will have the manager post it) and sending it to us.
Once all of your posters have been confirmed, we will send your payment via your preferred method of PayPal or Venmo.
We are looking for 5-10 people to head up this Street Team. If you're interested, please reply to this email and let me know how many posters you can commit to within Downtown Bend and surrounding areas, and I'll confirm with more information!
Requirements:
- Must have access to a digital camera or smartphone to be able to upload the photos of your finished posters
- Must have access to a computer where you can update the communal spreadsheet with your postered locations
(Payment will not be issued if your posters cannot be confirmed via these methods.)
