About the Role
We are seeking dediced Master’s-level professionals to join our Oregon Clinical Cohort. This is a full-time (W-2), fully remote telehealth position designed for clinicians looking to become experts in high-impact group facilition.
As a Mental Health Group Specialist, you will begin making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to deliver psychoeducion, enabling meaningful, real-world change for clients. This role focuses on Group Mastery; you will lead transformive sessions for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges while enjoying the stability of a salaried position and a fixed schedule.
Please Note: This role focuses on psychoeducional and skill building facilition. If you are registered as a CSWA, such hours may be eligible towards your independent licensure, the discretion of the Board of Licensed Social Workers.
For Professional Counselor Associes and MFT Associes: While these hours may not currently count toward clinical licensure in Oregon, the position offers a premium salary and a stable career ph for Master’s-level professionals or QMHPs looking to gain specialized experience in a high-growth clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Availability: Group Schedules (All PST)
- Mon - Thurs: 10am - 8pm
- OR
- Tues-Thurs: 10am - 8pm; Friday: 5-8pm; Surday: 8am - 2pm
- Care Delivery: Deliver 28 hours of group facilition weekly using Charlie Health’s evidence-based curriculum.
- Curriculum Mastery: Review assigned curriculum prior to group start times and facilite across various age groups and cohorts (Integrive, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour).
- Engagement: Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging a "camera-on" culture and active participion.
- Collaborion: Participe in collaborive Trement Team meetings (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (bi-weekly) with Clinical Leadership.
- Documention: Monitor and complete client documention within a 24-hour timeframe, meeting Ste and The Joint Commission standards.
- Communicion: Maintain professional and prompt communicion via email and Slack with Primary Therapists, Care Coaches, and staff.
Requirements
- Educion: Master’s degree in a mental health or reled field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).
- Locion: Must currently reside in and be legally eligible to work in the ste of Oregon.
- Experience: Demonstred proficiency across multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and experience in intensive trement settings.
- Caseload: Ability to work with a diverse populion and age ranges from 8-64
- Telehealth Savvy: Ability to facilite engaging, effective virtual sessions with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Professionalism: Strong belief in group-based trement and the ability to maintain approprie professional boundaries.
