The unit is customizable with an amazing current buffered phono circuit, a value option that replaces the previous tube phono section, combined with the tube line stage, it provides drastically better phono reproduction.
The Transcendence Eight+ includes an exquisite headphone amplifier built-in. The unit provides 20 goldplated jacks to handle six switchable sets of inputs, two sets of outputs, and dual tape monitors.

The 8+ is in excellent condition and sounds wonderful. Both the optional phono section and the internal headphone amp are splendid. I am a musician and listen to everything from classical to rock to jazz to americana....I am only interested in lifelike reproduction of music, and could care less about "audio jewelry". This is a great sounding preamp.
I believe I am the second owner. The tubes were last replaced in late 2020. I never received the original manual or shipping box. Comes with a generic detachable power cord.
I apologize for borrowing two photos from the internet because they are far better than my own. I also have supplied a photo my preamp in-system, where I listen to it daily.
