Looking for a reliable cook or meal-prep service to prepare weekly meals for a family of three. This is a paid trial with potential for ongoing work.

📍 Location: Bend, Oregon
📅 Start: ASAP (1-week paid trial)
💰 Pay: $15 per meal (paid weekly)

Meals Needed:

2 adults: Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner

1 child: Daily breakfast & dinner; lunch on Tues/Thurs only

~15–18 meals/week, depending on the schedule

Dietary Notes:

High-protein, low-carb focus

Gluten-free/dairy-free (varies by person)

No peanuts (child allergy), spinach, kale, or bell peppers

Preferred proteins: chicken, beef, grilled/smoked meats, salmon/halibut

Favorite styles: tacos, bowls, Mediterranean, Italian, Middle Eastern

Expectations:

Meals must be prepared off-site

We can pick up meals or accept local delivery

Portion for 3 people per meal

Label containers with date + meal name

Include simple reheat instructions

Target: ~2,450–2,650 calories/day, ~200g protein
