I bought this in 2018 from Modern Plumbing up in Portland. They were the single owner and took meticulous care of it. I have every service record through it's life.
Upgrades it has:
New Paint - 2023
New Real Axle
New Rear Suspension (details in the service record)
Espar Diesel Heater w/ thermostat
Sheeps Wool Insulation
Swivel Passenger Seat
I've used it as a truck for years and built it out simply for the occasional overnight trips. It's built out quite simply with a bed and second row of seats, so if you wanted to build it out as a camper, it has the diesel heater and the insulation so you could do some nice carpentry from there, or just camp in it as is.
It has 289,xxx miles which certainly seems like alot, but these rigs will go for well over 500k miles.
It has no rust except for a tiny bit at the threshold where the back doors close.
