Customer Experience Specialist (Central Oregon)

compensation: $14-$15/ hour
employment type: full-time

Central Oregon’s Premier HVAC Company is expanding.

Are you a work hard, play hard kind of person? Do you like helping people? Being part of a team?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, in person and on the telephone. Experience not necessary, we are willing to train someone who has the desire to do more than just answer phones.

Long term responsibilities for this position are scheduling, dispatching and debriefing technicians. Position requires working closely with other staff members, technicians and most importantly, our customers. Priority tasks include answering telephones and booking calls, parts ordering, invoicing, following up with customers, paperwork details, tracking job progress, monitoring service calls, handling warranty items and computer data input.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Friendly, helpful personality and a 'can do' attitude.
2. Efficient organizational skills, enjoy challenges and work well in a fast paced team environment.
4. Possess computer skills with Microsoft office products and an accounting and/or dispatch software
5. Ability to assess, analyze and think through situations to mutually benefit the customer and company.
