We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Innkeeper to manage a small boutique hotel in Bend, Oregon. This is a flexible role that can be part-time or grow into full-time depending on the candidate and property needs. The position is hands-on and requires someone who is self-sufficient, responsive, and comfortable working independently, as there is no on-site staff. Responsibilities include guest communication, coordinating housekeeping, ensuring rooms are guest-ready, overseeing the property, and handling basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a great guest experience, is proactive, and can manage a variety of responsibilities without direct supervision. Prior hospitality or property management experience is preferred.
