Shell Stop and Go Mini Mart, one of the busiest and highest-volume gas stations in Central Oregon, is looking for a reliable Night Time Cooler Merchandiser to join our team.
Position Details:
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (8.5 hour shift)
Days: Flexible
Status: Full-time or Part-time available
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Pay Increases: Top performers can and will see quick pay increases based on reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain fully stocked and visually appealing beverage coolers throughout the shift
Memorize cooler schematics and maintain proper product placement
Rotate product using FIFO (First In, First Out) system and ensure warm product is rotated behind cold product so every customer gets a properly chilled drink
Keep back stock room clean, organized, and efficient
Cross-train and assist on the cash register and fuel island as needed
Wear a radio and earpiece at all times to stay connected with the team during busy periods
Jump between departments to support the team wherever the business needs it most
This is a fast-paced position in a high-volume location. You must be able to stay on your feet, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude even during rushes.

Previous retail, stocking, or cooler merchandising experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
