We are looking for a talented, experienced videographer to capture high-end, cinematic footage of a private residence on Wednesday, June 10. This shoot will focus on storytelling through space, design, and lifestyle — blending architecture, human interaction, and indoor/outdoor connection into premium visual content for web and social use. If you specialize in modern, cinematic visuals and know how to direct a shoot with confidence and creativity, this project is for you.

Project Details
• One (1) five hour shoot on location
• Capture cinematic, high-resolution footage (4K preferred)
• Film the folding door product, home design and architectural details, lifestyle interactions/b-roll, and soundbites from the project team
• You must bring your own equipment (camera, lenses, gimbal, drone required, audio gear as needed)
• Deliver clean, modern, premium-quality edits for social and web
• You will be responsible for directing the shoot (a detailed creative brief and shot list will be provided)
• You will be responsible for editing the footage (see Final Deliverables below)
Final Deliverables
Cinematic Short Videos - Formatted for 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1
• Two (2) 60-second videos
• Two (2) 30-second videos
• Two (2) 15-second videos
Usable Raw Footage
All usable footage captured during the shoot, with any unusable clips removed such as outtakes, test shots, duplicates, or missed focus. Footage should be delivered as a single continuous output, creating a clean and streamlined sequence ready for editing, along with any presets, LUTs, or profiles used for the cinematic short videos. We will provide an external hard drive for delivery, so there is no need to upload to a server.
Compensation
$2,000 total per project. The compensation covers production and post-production.
Additional Notes
• Insurance Required: Videographer must carry general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the shoot. Coverage should be suitable for outdoor filming conditions.
• Travel: Travel expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the videographer.
